When I push down slightly on my epididymus on both testes it hurts.I have low hanging ball sack, and my balls are always tender. Since I hit puberty around 15-16, this has been an issue. I am 27, and the pea shaped lump, that my Urologist said is my epididymus on my right teste is larger and has been since I was 15-16. It and my left one have always been sensitive to the touch. My testes in general are sensitive to the touch. Any reason why? Is it my low hanging sack?
