When I work out anytime I am lifting heavy, I get very lightheaded, my vision is blurred, and I have a loss of balance. I have Type 1 diabetes and this is not the issue. It happed only when I was working out extremely hard to start, but is happening more and more with a lot less effort put into my workout.
What do you think I should do?
