Mam.my sister has abort 7 week due to certain complication. . N she was given in desire kit ..heavy bleeding was also happen after ths but after 10 days she had gone through transvaginal scan. .small echoing focus 20×14 mm in endometrial cavity6 remain and doctors again give her zitotec 200 with mitherigne does every thing OK now

.utrasound report says that there are retained products of comception ..hopefully they will be expelled soon .
if there is no expulsion by itself and the vaginal bleeding does not stop then dilation and currettage has to be done
you should take some prophylactic antibiotics as tab cefixime 200 mg two times plus painkiller as dicyclomine or drotoverine two times
