When Can Menstruation Be Expected After Resuming Medroxyprogesterone?
Doctor I had my period on 8 april 2015 .I did the ultrasound on 19 may showing thickened endometrium of 14mm. The gynaecologist had started on tab Medroxyprogesterone ,today is my third day of the medication when should I expect my menstrual period. ?

Hi,
Normally a 10-12 days course of 10 mg Medroxyprogesterone daily is taken starting the 2nd half of a 28 day menstrual cycle. You should expect your menstrual period in 3-7 days after stoppage of Medroxyprogesterone course.
