When Can One Resume Work Post Dengue?
i suffered from dengue fever from 10th september 2016 , remission of fever occured after 6-7 days...........but on 20th september my sgot was 199 and sgpt 396.......hepatitis A ,B, C, E all negative and usg showed hepatospleenomegaly with mild fatty liver.............i am on fat free diet, rest at home and tablet silymarin 140 tds since 20th september and s adenosyl methionine 1 bd pc since 21st september.............i have no significant clinical symptoms and my P time , INR , bilirubin are all normal.................. i took fluoxetine 60mg od and propranolol 40mg od prior to my dengue fever for my OCD............i have stopped taking them since 10th september...........i do drink and smoke very less..........at present i am not at all drinking and smoking .........i am 5 4 and 79 kgs..........when can i rejoin my duties as i am a doctor myself ???
