When Causes Pinkish Brown Spotting Instead Of Period?

Hi :) I have two questions; 1. Could I be experiencing implantation bleeding? 2. Should I take a test? - I had my last period on June 27th. I usually get cramps the night before my period is due, and wake up with a heavy flow. - I am due for my period today and have had light pink spotting only noticeable when I wipe. - I had unprotected sex on July 12th which is why I am concerned. Thank you!

Hello, greetings! Thanks for posting your query. Yes, there can be a possibility of implantation bleeding as you have had unprotected sex during your ovulatory period. I recommend you take a urine pregnancy test to confirm the diagnosis.
