When Do Periods Begin After Taking Mensovit Plus?

My wife last menstrual date is on 29th of jan. . TIll now (7th march)she didnt menstruate. On urine test it is +ve for pregnancy. She took mensovit plus 6 doses on 6th March morn 2 dose afternoon 2 dose and in the night 2 dose. When will she get her periods??
