Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It seems you are interested in conceiving. If your pregnancy test shows negative result, you ain't pregnant yet. But if you want to re-confirm please visit a lab & collect sample of your first morning urine(mid-stream). If the report gives a positive test, then good. If not, don't worry you are very young. You are overweight, do regular exercises, avoid oily-spicy food. You need to get investigated and go through a hormonal therapy. First let your periods get regular. It does not matter if it is a 25 OR 28 day cycle, menstruation cycle varies from individual to individual. Go for CBC rule out anemia. Eat healthy, stay out of stress and continue with your treatment.
