General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Depo shots would expire soon after their period of action is over. Hence, fertility is regained soon after the expiry of depo shots. Cycles should also return to normal after the depo shots expire. If you are experiencing any problems related to fertility or menstrual periods, you need to consult Obstetrician for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S, General & Family Physician
