When I Can Plan To Conceive Next Time Followed By 2 Abortion?
before i was pregnant for 2 times, but 1st time miscarriage happened and 2nd time my baby skull did not produce in first 4 months in my pregnancy so that at that time doctor advice me to abort the baby, so aborted. what may be the reason for that and after how many months i can try for next baby?

Understand your concern
According to your history you had one miscarriage and abortion due to defect in fetus. Following are the causes: chromosomal defect in one/both partner, TORCH infections, abnormal glucose metabolism, alcohol and smoking use, Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, auto immune disorder like SLE and dermatomyosis, unknown cause, neural tube defect.
You should conceive after 4-6 months. Meanwhile identify the above cause by consulting the gynecologist/fetal medicine specialist by doing following investigation: APLA screening, Blood sugar, Folic acid, PT, APTT tset, karyotyping of both partner, ds DNA antibody, USG, CBC, ESR, endometrial biopsy.
After diagnose the cause take proper treatment.
