When I Sit On Toilet My Legs Go Numb From

When i sit on toilet my legs go numb from the bottom of calf down to both feet, after about sitting on toilet for 3 or 4 minutes. If i stay on the toilet longer then i go numb from the waist down to my feet. It takes me about 5 minutes to regain feeling back when i try to stand. Is it pinched nerves or something more serious?
