When I Wake Up, I Feel Dizzy, Everything Is Spinning. Is Anything Wrong With Me ?
this morning when i wake up, i feel dizzy, everything is spinning. so i go and measure my blood pressure , then its come result as 126 over 63, heart beat 63. i am a patient under medication for Approval 75 mg. Is anything wrong with me ? until now i still feel a bit dizzy.

Your diastolic blood pressure of 63 mm hg is a bit on the lower side but it depends on the instrument as well as the accuracy with which you measured your B.P. It is best to get it checked again from a doctor before taking any medicine.
