I just had an ECG a few days ago. I am trying to understand the results and know whether I should be concerned or not. I am trying to be calm but my primary care doctor has now scheduled a nuclear stress test. Is that common? Or is it only done if a doctor suspects something wrong?ECG - Normal sinus rhythm, right atrial enlargement, left axis deviation, poor R wave progression.
Hi I did review your concern Nuclear stress test is suggested when the doctor is doubtful about coronary angina. It directly measures how your heart muscles are doing with stress and is a good indicator of heart function especially when ECG is muddled by other chronic changes as in your case. I would advice you not to worry and undergo the testing and then according to result the doctors will take the best possible action. I hope this helps Wish you all the best Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
