OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest you avoid top feed and breastfeed your son as top feed contains sugar so it's quite tasty and then gradually the baby refuses to take breastfeed which is not good for the health of your baby. Try to breastfeed him even outside as it is good for the baby and to you as well. If you can't manage to breastfeed him outdoor then you can continue giving him lactogen 1 up to 6 months.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
