Hi,
Fetzima contains levomilnacipran which belongs to the group of selective serotonin and
norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) antidepressants is used to treat
major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults. Do not discontinue Fetzima intake without consulting your doctor regarding the same. Stopping this drug abruptly may cause severe
withdrawal symptoms including irritability, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, nightmares, insomnia, headache etc. If your doctor recommends that you stop taking Fetzima, they will help you safely tapper off of the drug before choosing another drug.
Cymbalta contains
duloxetine which belongs to the group of selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) antidepressants is used to treat major depressive disorder and
generalized anxiety disorder. It is best to take Cymbalta at the same time each day. Most people take it in the morning. If you find that you feel drowsy after taking it in the morning, try taking it in the evening.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
