When Is The Best Time To Take A Pregnancy Test?

Hello, my husband and I are trying for a baby and I was supposed to get my period on 3/1 and it never came... I have had nausea, headaches, insomnia and slight dizziness since then and just today started noticing slightly sore breasts. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests and they were all negative. I don t know if it is too early to test, if I m not pregnant or if it is common for this to happen

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern.
-You should take pregnancy test after 7-10 days after your normal next menstrual period day (7-10 days are missed period)
Blood HCG after 7 days of ovulation: more sensitive than urinary kit method
You also confirm by USG.
Also note the sign and symptoms of pregnancy:
Delyed period
Nausea /vomiting in early morning
Heaviness
Uneasiness
Pain in breast
Edema in legs

Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. sagar
