Hi,

Regestrone 5mg is a medication that can be used to regulate menstrual cycles and induce a period. It is typically taken for 5 days, starting on the 16th day of the menstrual cycle.

However, it is not recommended to use this medication without consulting a doctor first as it is a hormone-based medication, also it is not recommended to take it if you want to postpone your period for a few days as it may not be safe or effective. It is important to speak with a healthcare provider before using any medication to regulate your menstrual cycle.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
