When Lying Down, Cough & Throw Up Blood. Feel Like Everything Is Spinning, Black Out. Have Nasal Bleeds. Treatment?
I will be 60 in July. When I lay down I can cough once and run to the bathroom and throw up some blood been going on a couple of weeks the last couple of days it has felt like everything is spinning and I want to black out it does not last all day last week I had bleed nasals it seem to clear up it is very strange to me

Cough with bleeding can have many reasons. It ay originates from airways, lung or from nose as you have suspected.
Any bleeding during cough is not normal you should visit ENT specialist he will examine you and help you to find possible reason of bleeding
