When my penis gets hard there is this sorta like ring I have noticed when I hold it going around the left side I have a couple areas like this but for some reason this one all of the sudden is raised its not there when flaccid and its more like soft feeling not hard also from a 3rd party perspective you couldn't see it. I don't know what this is but I have no pain or anything of that sort so idk. I also have high anxiety so this isn't helping but I don't think its a vein as I don't see any blue
