When Should Cardace Be Taken After Stopping Cardivas CR?
In the year 2016 my father go through bypass surgery...during routine chekup doctor advice to replace cardivas cr 10(day) with cardace 1.25 (night).today I give him cardivas cr 10 in day time...when will be right time to start cardace 1.25.tonight or tomorrow night.please helm me.
