When Should Plan B Be Taken To Delay The Periods?

i had my period on 1/16-1/19 , i have an app on my phone that calculates when you get your next period, it predicted it to come on Valentines day! what can i do to prevent it? how and when should i take plan B so i can delay my period? i am not on birth control

Hi..
Welcome to HCM..
You need to start taking progestogen tablets like primolut N to postpone the periods...
These should be started from one week before the expected period till you no longer want to delay..
You need to take the tablet daily at the same time without fail..
You will get your period 3-4 days after stopping the tablet..
Increased menstrual flow can be there..
Ideally these tablets should be taken with doctor's advice..
