When Should Stangyl And Aponal Be Taken Prior To The Flight?

Hi, I am living in Germany but don't speak German. I visited a doctor who didn't speak very good English either! I am not an anxious person in general, however, am a very nervous flyer, and so asked my doctor to prescribe me something to calm me, as in the past nothing else has worked. She gave me: STANGYL APONAL She didn't say how many I had to take, or whether it's safe to take them both at the same time. I also don't know how soon before I fly I should take them. My flight is around 2 hours long and I really wanted to be sleepy/calm etc. Any advice you could give me would be very helpful, thanks!

In my opinion because of the language problem you have been misunderstood. You can't take Stangyl and Aponal together. As for your fear of fly you should better see a psychotherapist. And for the next flyyou should take 1/2tbl xanax the night before you'll fly and 1/2 tbl an hour before.
