When Should A Decdan Shot Be Taken During Pregnancy?

Hi,I am 37+5 days pregnant and I have heard that baby s are completely matured during 37 week,so is it necessary for me to take decdan injection now.i am already given 1 dose of 6 mg and was told to take another 3 doses in 12 hours gap but I am not interested to take as I have suger as well as thyroid.please suggest me.

Use of this medicine during pregnancy is not recommended unless absolutely necessary and the benefits outweigh the risks. It will also raise your blood sugar levels. So I will advise you to see a nearby primary care physician before taking this injection.
