Hello dear I understand your concern You have to wait for the period to come because you have unprotected sex then pregnancy can be ruled out. you are supposed to start the new pack as soon as your next period begins, not ends, even if it came at the wrong time. As long as you take the pills daily at a specific time , and don t miss any, you should be safe. If you miss more than two days of your birth control pills, immediately start a new pack of pills and throw out the old one. Your menstrual cycle should come at the end of the pack that you took correctly and completely.
