Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to WHO (world health organisation) exclusive breast feeding should be practised for the first six months.
So in my opinion, you should not give any formula feed for 1 month more.
If your child is playing nicely, gaining weight, pass urine 5-6 times, stool 2-3 times then she is satisfied with your breast milk.
After six months, due to increased demand, you can introduce mashed soft diet like potato, banana, papaya, pulses etc.
After 1 year, you can give your child all home cooked food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
