When Should I Take Pregnancy Test After Choriomon Injection?

hai .. i am diagnosed with pcos..last year.. and after all other checkups.. like HSG, hormones etc.. everything was normal.. statred clomids on 6th day and had a choriomon injection 10000 on 16th day.. when can i take a pregnancy test.like by 35th day or 40 day.. because my periods are very irregular like 32 -45days...
