Hi I had an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured my right tube requiring it to be removed on Dec 15th. I had a laparotomy not a laparoscopy (the surgery with the large incision, not the camera?) I have not had my 6 week follow up yet, and things are feeling good. I was not sent home with any instructions about sex or to avoid ttc. i got a +opk today, should I take advantage of that or wait? It has been one month since surgery.
Hi, its god that every thing is fine. you should avoid intercourse for 6 weeks then again you can plan your pregnancy no problem but once over due check your urine pregnancy test and ultrasound within 5-6 weeks. All the best ,thanks.
