When Should Lemon Water Be Taken While On Licinop?
I take licinop/hctz 20-25 but I am interested in the lemon water theory that it aids in lowering blood pressure. Is this ok for me? I have been taking the meds for about 3 to 4years and blood pressure has been so much better. Do I stop taking the meds or take it later in the day since most of the posts and info is saying it s best to take the lemon water first thing in the morning?
