Good evening Dr. I have a colonoscopy scheduled for 4:00 p.m. Tomorrow. I ve been drinking the laxative my doctor gave (a 4 liter jug roughly half gone. ) I just ate a serving spoonful and poured another glass of laxative. How late can one eat the night before

The day before the colonoscopy procedure — Don't eat solid foods. Instead, consume only clear liquids like clear broth or bouillon, black coffee or tea, clear juice (apple, white grape), clear soft drinks or sports drinks, Jell-O, popsicles, etc.
