My 21 year old son just told me he has been having thoughts of suicide. He said he is not really sure if they are his thoughts or someone telling him to. He does not hear an audible voice. He said it happens when he takes adderral for focusing at work and studying. Not everyday. He also told me that when he is coming down from it he sometimes has a panic attack and smokes marijuana. He also told me that when he smokes a lot of marijuana he gets panic attacks and has had those thoughts. I dont condone smoking pot, but he knows he can talk to me about anything im very worried. He said he would never actually committ suicide as its a very selfish act, but the thoughts do freak him out. What can I do?
