Uterus, single, regular shaped intrauterine gestational sac is seen at fundic region with MSD measuring 11. 7mm corresponding to 5 weak 2 days. And No definite fetal pole . however yolk sac is present on trans, - abdominal scan

The ultrasound abdomen is normal for gestational age of 5 weeks 2 days. You may continue getting a regular ultrasound for follow up.
