When To Start Masturbation Or Intercourse After Laproscopic Hysterectomy?

I have had a laproscopic hysterectomy 12 days ago, where only the uterus was removed. When is it okay to have "outercourse" or masturbate? I am 45 years old, 5ft 5 in 190 lbs. Have had uterine fibroid tumors as a result have had to have the hysterectomy done.
