When To Take Pregnancy Test After Missing Periods?
Hi Doctor, I m now 4 days late to my periods and still I m waiting for it. I still have cramps, lower back pain and frequently urinating. If its not a sign of pregnancy how long should I have to wait for my periods or if its a sign of early pregnancy? When exactly should I try for my home test for pregnancy.
Hello, Thanks for posting in HCM. You can check your pregnancy status anytime. If you have delayed periods by 5 days and you feel you want to be sure that you are not pregnant it will be better to get a urine pregnancy test done and be totally sure of it. As you are feeling cramping and other signs of starting periods, you can wait for a day or 2 and then get the pregnancy test kit and get it checked. If you have any more query kindly write back. Thank you.
