When Will A 39 Weeks Pregnant With 1cm Dilation Get Labor Pains ?
i am 39 weeks pregnant and i am only one centimeter dilated. im a seventeen year old new mom and my OB said i was supposed to give birth last week. but im not in labor yet. when will i go into real labor?

First time pregnancies always take a lot of time then others.Cant be certain exactly when you will go into labour but it shouldnt exceed 40 weeks.If your doctor is monitoring you,then im sure you will go in active labour soon.If not,then you should be induced.
