When Will Be The Appropriate Time According To Follicular Scan To Have Intercourse?
I had a follicle scan today and the tech said that my follicle looks great and will probably rupture over the weekend. Today is day 13 of my cycle and I started having ovulation symptoms yesterday. The tech told me to have intercourse tonight and tomorrow but we are trying for a girl. We had intercourse last night and I'm wondering if that's ok or if we have to have sex tonight. I don't know the exact timeline of when the egg drops and when fertilization occurs. Is that too long of a time span to get pregnant???

It is advisable to have sex as frequent as possible around ovulation to get pregnant. The chance of baby boy or girl can not be determined as it is a chance factor. In my view have intercourse again today to increase the chance to get pregnant.
