When Will The Swallowed Coin Come Of Of My 4.6-year-old?
Hello Dr. My child is 4.6 year old he swallowed a 1 rupee coin from last 1 month , in x-ray it shows in stomach but it still not come out & He doesn t have any problem because of coin, but as a mother I am so worried for him. My question is How much time it takes for come out ? Or there is need for Endoscopy

So my opinion your child requires a CT scan to find the exact location of the coin. After that it should be removed surgically.
