Whenever I Touch My Arm Lightly, A Weird Pain Will

Whenever I touch my arm lightly, a weird pain will occur. I have heard about Fibromyalgia and Tactile Allodynia and I'm confused as to whether I should actually visit a doctor or not. It also occurs spontaneously, and the pain feels as though my veins are tainted with poison and it rushes through my blood; only in my arm. I also experience this pain when a cotton material touches it. Is it necessary to go to the GP?
