Where Can TURP Surgery Be Done If Patient Has Pacemaker And Diabetes?

I am in need of a turp surgery. I had open heart surgery 12 yrs. ago and have a pacemaker/defib, heart is doing ok,diabetic, controled with pills, COPD, congestive heart, so guess this all puts me on a higher risk list. Trying to determine which procedure, lazar or knife and which hospital Cleveland Clinic or University, and the best Doctor. Know this is alot to consider. I am a male85 yrs. and have been fighting psudamonus off & on for at least a year. Seeing an infectious disease doctor at present time. If this query cost me money I cannot use your service.
