Where Is Rabipur Injected? Should I Take A Second Dose If The First One Was Improper?

I got bit by a stray 8 week pup on Jan 12. Within 6 hours I had my first dose of Rabipur (Dose0)
On Jan 15 i head my second dose of Rabibur (Dose3).
However, on Jan 15 i learnt that Rabipur must be given on the arm and not on the butt. My first dose was registered on the butt. Also, I think my first dose might have been compromised as i do not feel it was cold-stored properly.
In this case, can i take an extra dose assuming my first dose is null & void. If so, when should I take it ?

hi, how is the condition of the puppy? if it is healthy after 10 days of bite, it implies that it is not rabied dog and hence you need not continue the other doses. if the puppy had died of rabies, you do require an extra dose along with immunoglobulin. hope this helped.
