Whet Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?

I am 23 weeks pregnant. Had my second ultrasound in which they noticed echogenic focus in heart, couldnt locate nasal bone due to fetus presentation to the back side, and placental cord origin on to lateral side. Does these factors shows a risk of Down’s syndrome.?
