Hi I m 32 yrs old mother of 4 yrs baby, since pregancy i got thyroid prblm it was not before, & with that i m PCOD also i have gain weight it is 80 kgs currently my height is 5'4 cms, how & which amway product will help me to reduce weight & i want 2nd baby so how can PCOD be controlled.

You have thyroid disease with weight gain. So must have hypothyroidism. You need thyroid supplement to reduce weight.

Drugs like synthroid or eltroxin are useful. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
