Hello i do have in my right eyes a Alcon model SN60WF power 18,0 D i want to now what is that lens is use for it is to se close (for reading) or to se farr (for driving) i do have 6 operation in my right eyes and now i dont se clearly i wat to now il i do ask for change my lens for a other one to se farr now close i can se like 75% but far is not clear at all

for far vision concave or plus lens is recommended for near convex or minus lens is recommended. what you mean as iol you should go for one lens say far vision and for near you can use specs. only one operation is recommended and i can not follow how you have under gone 6operation. you should have pre operative scanning and estimate the requirement of iol, so that there is no problem post operatively.
