What Causes Sudden Change In Vision From Farsightedness To Nearsightedness?

I usually have trouble seeing far away but can see things close up. Today I can see things far away that I normally would need my glasses for but cant see things close up that I would normally remove my glasses for. When I put my glasses on the things that I would normally be able to see far away have become blurry. What is going on??

I really appreciate your concern, it is ophthalmic condition (Refractive error) and for that you will have to see the ophthalmologist, if you have not consulted within this period so better to get done the eye test, hope this information helps, take care.
