Which Chemo Medication Can Cause Heart, Liver And Kidney Failure?

My daughter is in heart/liver/kidney failure due to a chemo drug from a pediatric cancer. She also has liver cancer. She is on dialysis. She takes dilaudid, carvedelol, benadryl, lasix, hydroxyzine, prilosec, gabipentin, uloric, and renvella, midodrine. Her skin and hair used to be beautiful, but both have become very thin and her skin has deteriorated, often getting sores (probably from itching). She looks like she has chicken pox almost. It started about 6 months after her organ failure in May 2012. Can any of her medicines cause these symptoms?
