Hai... Mitochondrial disease may not be curable in allopathy at this point of time...but definitely genetic engineering and enzyme replacements ate coming up in a big way. Till then I suggest you to follow up with a good pediatric neurologist. Other medicines for seizure control & carnitine will definitely help. Happy to help anytime.
