hi iam 27 years old , i was born with erb's palsy . when i was about 11 years i had a corrective surgery , so now i can rotate my arm and see the palm of my hand. now my arm is weak and the shape and length of my affected arm has changed noticeably , so what exercise i should do to rebuild my arm . thnx
