Green veggies like spinach,tomatoes,bengan,bhaji,cauliflower,banana.grapes,apples.
These all items have good source of Iron.
If you are anemic,iron content in these stuff are not enough to meet requirement of iron, so go for Iron capsules.

To get rid of anaemia a balanced diet rich in iron is a must and for this we recommend beet root, pomegranate, aamla, spinach,sugar cane the most. Things made of jaggery can be taken a bit more.
