Confusing world. My doctor said eat papaya, apple and avoid rest. I listened to him for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks i am eating everything from banana to watermelon. Add Lime to it and GI comes down.
My sugar is down to lower range (staring from FBS-129/PPBS-224) without any PILLS. (FBS/PPBS/Random :: 60/92/96): A1C: 5.0
