Which Injection Should I Take For Vitamin B12 Deficiency?

hello sir, i have vit b12 deficiency.i am planning to take eldervit 12 inj. it has two different amp.one with vit c and other having vit b12+folic acid+niaccianamide
is it necessory to mix both inj and take IM or shall i take only one amp wich contain vit b12

Hello, You should have a vit. b12 blood test and a cbc and a serum folate level done before deciding what to do. Taking nutrients you don't need can cause problems. I know these injections are quite popular, but medicine today is focusing on personalized medicine. Therefore, the composition of your injection should depend on the nutrient needs of your body.
