can u suggest me a good biotin tablet which promotes thick hair growth , stong nails and good for skin , and wanted to know that biotin cause any side effects??? my age is 22 , how long i can use this tablet ?? if i stop taking tablets after 2 months , does it cause any hair fall ?? thanks...........

You can take tab biotin forte. As it is water soluble vitamin there is no toxicity for it. Biotin deficinecy is one of the cause for hairfall but there isnot any test for biotin deficency. It is identified only clinically. If it is the cause for haifall, after taking this medicine your hair stop falling. Thank you
